Did you buy a Groupon?

Q: Are your photos printed on tin?
A: No, they are not.  They are printed on professional quality photo paper.

Q:  How many people can you fit in a photo?
A:  We can fit up to 15 people in a photo.

Q:  Can I bring my dog/cat/goat/other pet in for a photo?
A:  Absolutely (as long as they fit through the door and won’t eat us)!  We incorporate pets into the photo as much as we can with props and costumes, so we do count them when calculating your sitting fee.

Q:  I saw that Groupon customers receive 20% off additional prints – how much do they cost?
A:  Additional prints 8×10 and smaller are regularly $20 per sheet – Groupon customers pay only $16.

Q:  Do I need to make an appointment to use my Groupon?
A:  Yes.  In order for us to make sure that you have the most enjoyable experience possible, we need to make sure that we are adequately staffed.

Q:  Can I use my Groupon for photos with Santa?
A:  Yes.  Santa is at The Tintypery every weekend between Thanksgiving and Christmas (including the day after Thanksgiving).  We strongly encourage everyone (Groupon customer or not) to make an appointment for photos with Santa.

Q:  I purchased a Groupon, but it expired.  Can I still use it?
A:  Yes – you can still use the Groupon that you purchased as a gift certificate toward a regular priced sitting, however, the promotional value has already expired.
